Man this mess just gets better by the minute and it would be funny if it wasn’t so sad. The latest on the whole mess is Antonio Pierce drove Burress to the hospital in his own car. Well that car has been impounded now by the cops. From the time the shooting happened until he got to a hospital 2 hours expired. In that time he was looking for a hospital that would take care of his leg and be discreet about it. When he does find a hospital its not one of the doctors there that care for him but another doctor no doubt one that he has called and he takes care of his leg. That doctor has since had his privileges to practice at the hospital suspended. Oh I forgot to add the best part of this mess he signs in as Harris Smith and he tells the hospital that he got shot at a Applebee’s. The hospital is in hot water now because by law you are suppose to report gun shots victims to the police as quick as possible and that wasn’t done. The Giants ended up putting Harris I mean Plaxico on the shelf for the rest of the season when they suspended him for the last 4 games of the season. They wont have to deal with him now until the season ends at least.
