Note to Dodgers: Manny Don’t Want You!!

Published by wv918 at 8:09 am under baseball Edit This

Am I the only one who is sick of the whole Manny and the Dodgers soap opera? Every other day you see in the news, Dodgers offer Manny 20 million, he rejects it.

Now the latest offer is a one year deal for 25 million and a option for a second at 20 million,of course he rejected it.

In my eyes the Dodgers are looking pretty pathetic right about now. The way they’re going after him reminds me of a guy asking a girl out and she keeps telling him no but the guy keeps asking and the more he does the more desperate he appears.

I don’t know if it Manny or his agent Scott Boras robbing the Dodgers, its probably both. The player has the final say on contracts, the agent works for him not the other way around.

If Ramirez thinks he is worth more than 25 million a year than shame on him. The dude is 38 years old, not that a younger player deserves that much but definitely not one almost knocking on the 40 year old door.

Pardon me while I quote something my grandma used to say about stuck up people who thought they were better than everyone else. “I’d like to buy him for what he’s worth and sell him for what he thinks he’s worth.”
